We're excited to announce the launch of Alliances.la, co-founded by Peter Steigleder and Jeff Fong. It started with a simple idea: the best deals begin with real relationships, not forced pitches. Alliances brings together the people who build, finance, design, construct, and lease Southern California's commercial real estate — all in one room, before the deal points are ever on the table.
Rather than panels and pitch decks, Alliances is built around curated, bar-level conversations at premier hospitality venues — designed to build trust and alignment before deals are ever finalized.
